Project Description
This was a project that we could not wait to get started on. This home was in HORRIBLE condition! There was mold everywhere, water literally pouring into the basement, the whole home was outdated. There were issues everywhere!! The house was clearly the eye sore of the neighborhood and the neighbors were so happy when we purchased and informed them we would be renovating the home. We were able to transform this home from zero to hero in just 8 weeks and once listed, it sold in just 9 short days!!
Scope of work
This project was one of the more extensive projects we have completed to date. The repairs performed include: Extensive mold remediation, Basement waterproofing & sump pump installation, deck board replacement, rear patio refurbishing & screen replacement, replacement of all windows, & custom bar design and installation. These repairs were all in addition to the standard renovations we do to the bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, lighting, painting, etc.
